This documents summarizes our privacy policy following the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) rules.

This document refers to all people of our industry (Musical instruments, pro audio…) that we either communicate with, or have a business relationship with (advertising, services, partnerships…) on and its subdomains, and/or by e-mail or any other form of communication.

Private data protection

In addition of the data processing companies listed above, our sales agents also have access to the data needed to contact you. This information includes your first and last names, your e-mail and phone number(s), as well as contracts and offers made to you.

Data we collect

There are two levels of personal data collection:

  1. For people who are just interested in knowing about our activity, we’re using Mailchimp and are recording the following  fields:
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Title (function in your company)
  • Company name
  • E-mail address
  1. For people who are advanced prospects (people who requested a sales proposal) or clients, we are using, like every company that needs client support and sales, a CRM (in our case, Highrise HQ), which records these typical entries :
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Title (function in your company)
  • Company name
  • E-mail address
  • Profesional postal address
  • Phone number(s)
  • Contract’s history (for clients) : which contracts were signed, when, via which IP Address (for signature proof), and a history of contracts’ access
  • Invoices history (for clients) : detailed invoices, which invoices were validated, sent, read, downloaded, paid.

Removal of your personal information

Regarding e-mailings: all emails sent via Mailchimp allow you to stop receiving e-mails from us, this, within two clicks.

Regarding customer data: you can ask anytime to edit these information, knowing that we can only remove this information if we stop having a business relationship (ongoing contract or ongoing request for proposal). Also, since we are required by law to justify invoices and contracts, we need to keep this information as well as your attached personal data for 10 years to comply with the fiscal law after the contract is ended.
